Nicholas obtained his chronological history and outlined the steps that needed to take place in the next 2mths prior to court. Nicholas said on that day that we all had alot of work to do and explained the seriouness of the situation. Nicholas also said he would be there for every step of the process, which reassured my brother and I.Nicholas has done just that, he has been part of each step of the process and has been in contact on a regular basis ensuring we have been ticking off the things that we have needed to do prior to Court. When either of us placed a call, sms or email Nicholas responded that same day, that very same day each and every time. This was highly comforting.In doing this it has given my brother the best chance to go into his case feeling heard by his Lawyer and knowing we have done everything to receive a fair outcome.During this process it became apparent that my brother had long term stressors from work, Nicholas contacted a Workers Compensation Lawyer and assisted my brother through the inital parts of this process as well. This was not something he needed to do, yet he went above and beyond to ensure that my brother has the best chance of moving forward in a positive manner.My family and I are greatly appreciative that we were referred to Nicholas and we go in tomorrow knowing we have given my brother the best chance for a fair outcome.Thankyou Nicholas
